A: Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) uses Internet technology to transmit (or stream) live television to your TV, personal computer or mobile device. IPTV uses a broadband Internet connection to deliver top International TV content anywhere in the world, without a satellite dish.
Q: How does IPTV provide the channels?
A: We provide the hardware. The software, channel programming and TV service are over the internet.
Q: Is there any commitment or contract involved?
A: No. There is no commitment involved with purchasing the IPTV service. You can pay monthly or for longer periods of time to obtain a discount.
Q: Does it consume a lot of data?
A: It depends how much television you watch each day but it is strongly recommended that you have an unlimited data plan with your internet service provider or us.

Q: Do I need a computer?
A: No. The IPTV box connects directly to your router via Ethernet or WIFI and directly to your TV via HDMI. No computer is required.
Q: Do I need a VPN (Virtual Private Network)?
A: No. You don't need a VPN network to use our IPTV.
Q: Can I move the box to another address?
A: Yes. You can take it where you like – anywhere in the world.
Q: What if something goes wrong?
A: We have experienced people at the office to provide technical support. We are here to help. If the box is faulty we will repair or replace it at a charge if applicable. Any issues with the channel service or payments, just contact us.
Q: Can I attach more than one TV?
A: The IPTV can only stream one TV channel at once. You can connect more TV's with a modulator but this will show the same channel as the main TV. You can of course have as many IPTV boxes as you like but each one requires 10Mb/s and own subscription.
Q: Do you offer any demo/trial accounts?
A: No, we do not offer any demo or trial accounts at this time.
Q: Can I use one subscription on multiple receivers?
A: At the moment each subscription is only good for one box if you you take WOW TV. Each box would require a subscription. With Nitro TV there are subscriptions to use more than one device.
Q:What’s the minimum Internet requirements to use your service?
A: The minimum system requirements to watch IPTV, internet speed must be at least 6 to 8Mbps for SD (standard definition) Channels and 10Mbps for HD (high definition) Channels.
Q: Will this work with any ISP (Internet Service Provider)?
A: Mostly, there are a few ISP's that will block IPTV servers. You should contact your ISP to verify that they don't have any such blocks on their end. However, you can use a VPN as a workaround.
Q: How can I add channels to my favorites list?
A: Let us know what device you are using and we will be able to let you know if it is possible or not.
Q: Why can't I see any video on demand content on my Mag receiver?
A: Video on demand only works with the latest receivers at the moment. We recommend using a newer receiver.
Q: Can I use WowTV and Nitro TV on Apple TV, Chromecast, my computer or my smartphone?
A: With the WowTV app, it can only be installed on a android device.
With Nitro TV you have a bigger selection of devices to view on, like MAG, Android, Some URL Browsers, ISO
devices, Smart TV's, KODI Addon, GSE and STB Emulator.
